Normafa Research Center, in collaboration with international scholars, is contributing to an upcoming book chapter titled Financial Inclusion in the Digital Age: Navigating Innovation and Inequality in the Global South. The chapter is scheduled to be published by Springer Nature in mid-2026. Our research team will focus on the role of Fintech adoption in promoting inclusive finance for rural micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia.
Rural MSMEs often face limited access to formal financial services, which hinders their ability to grow and compete. By leveraging digital finance and technology-driven innovation, Fintech has the potential to bridge this gap, enabling MSMEs to access credit, manage transactions, and strengthen their role in the economy.
This initiative directly supports Sustainable Development Goal 8 (SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth) by expanding financial inclusion, fostering entrepreneurship, and encouraging sustainable business growth in underserved regions.
👉 Stay tuned as Normafa Research Center continues advancing global research collaborations that drive inclusive economic opportunities through Fintech.
